The staff members used to be good and friendly but most of them have left at this point.

I worked at the brand for 5+ years and have never been appreciated for my extra long hours and neither for being available for almost all works that the company needed to be done. I had learned to ignore that fact, however, the management got even more overwhelming with time and started scolding me for things I hadn’t done or mistakes in projects that I wasn’t a part of. I tried to reason with the management a number of times and didn’t see any improvement on their end which lead to me resigning.
