How much effort you put they wont recognize your work moreover this is a kind of startup, work ethics is horrible and they dont care about their employee...fake hopes are given dont fall into the trap whatever they say...better try for other companies.

Lack of noticing Employees and their Benefits , Not providing any leaves even if you had any leaves pending , Always thinks Humans are Robots! If it’s raining or employees are sick you still need to work in office! No importance given for Employees

There is no job security. I had plans pf working in here for a long term but one day I get a call that they are downsizing staffs and I was one of them. They gave me one month time to look for another job and asked me to immediately send a resignation letter.
