Management they don't know how to behave and talk to a females , DIKHAVA it is everything. Naam Bade aur Darshan Khote , Micro management by Directors in everything .They don't work with budget , they feel they are another level Ambani. All 3 directors are in some other swag and in different direction and they expect their employees to take their shit.
