Dislikes

Though it is a CPSU but, BEML is running as a State PSU. Lots of politics and very bad policies of the company. Not even a single policy is employee friendly, especially the leave policy. You cannot take leave when your are in probation (which is one year) and if you take leave, it will be treated as LWP and your probation will extend which will dangerously affect your career in BEML.
