Less Work. More free, a lot to explore if you voluntarily take an interest in other domains as you will have free time, especially in Bangalore R&D.

Other than R&D, other areas are not good. BEML lacks in training candidates with good technical and soft skills. The company consists of old people hence the lack of motivation for youth. currently (Nov 2023) the CMD is strong and a true leader, hence at this point in time, it has growth aspects.
