No,there are not any type of support is done by bel in COVID-19, the management of bel is very much poor in my branch,the company policy is very much bad,they do not see any condition,they don't take care of their employees,over all the condition is very bad.

The time management is very bad,there are only few employees kept by bel in their branches so the work load is very very very much high.

Work Details

It is not so good but still i am doing just because i need experience,well if you are permanent so the experience can be good but if you are on contract so your life is worse here.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
