It's only useful for people who are permanent employees

Dislikes

There is no respect for freshers in BEL. The security people are very harsh. I am a commerce background but i had been placed to Engineering service department were only engineering candidates work, i was only the person in the SBU to come from commerce background. I didn't get even get 10% experience. I strongly recommend any fresher to not opt for BEL

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
