Permanent wfh, No work life balance, you can be terminated at any time. You wont get enough time for any work here, because estimation for big work will be already estimated by managers and you have to give a timeline inside their estimation. Also no proper sprint and planning for task.

1. We think we only need to work from 9 AM to 6 PM. Even then, you might get calls at 6:30, 7:00 PM, 7:30 PM, and even up to 9 PM on most days. 2. You can't leave at 6 PM even for a single day. 3. It is a product-based company, and every sprint is filled with features that seem impossible to complete within a sprint, requiring you to work straight for 13-14 hours. This happens every sprint. 4. There is no life, only work. 5. You can't be available for your parents, kids, or partner. They will start ignoring you, and you will literally lose all your personal relationships. 6. The salary is not up to the mark. 7. You are forced to work on weekends and you will get comp-off, but the question is how you will take the leave when there is no time with less workload. 8. There is no medical insurance or any other benefits until one year. 9. You won't get any leaves during the probation period. After that, you will get 6 sick leaves and 6 casual leaves. 10. Most calendar holidays are working days. Ask for holiday calendar. 11. Even if you're on leave, you will receive a minimum of three calls and be expected to provide support. 12. Worst company to work company has several openings for a reason they follow hire and fire culture. Working hours: 14 hrs per day. Pathetic HR, no work life balance need to work 7 days per week. Please don't join here and destroy your life. Your life is valuable you'll get a better opportunity than this.

Skill Development is slow, once you become full-time the trajectory is quite slow because most of the access to certain systems is only restricted to particular teams or more in seniority to you. The project deadlines are crunched and daily milestones like fix counts are set, which is to be completed within 8 hours of your working time.
