This organisation is good in skill development and learning.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Company does not provide any benifit, you won't get increment yearly. Owner is good but the staffs are non supportive.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning and learnt everything on the job. I got chance in working in different job roles which helped me get a taste of different roles within the organisation.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
