BeeperMD is just a start up and Assistant Manager sales and SME both there just to play dirty politics. The best part is operational policies will keep changes on daily basis, so entire team sometime confused and customer always comes last for this company. All the time you need to call and reschedule their appointments as you don't have enough medtech.
Dislikes
There is no job security, HR manager or reporting manager can fire you, even you are not in the duty. They simply call you and ask you no need to come. Otherwise during your duty, they will ask you to leave. It happens in every department from the day one.
