there is nothing to like worst and worst company

the worst of the worst you will come across,the worst management and team.they hire people to fire them in order to save there own seats.just in order to get into Indian entity they hired lots of people and once done they fired people without giving them a reason and notice period.very much unprofessional and after termination they are manipulating people by saying they cant afford there salaries,this was known to them at the time of hiring as well but they hired in order to showcase but now that company is registered and all employees are on probation they fired them without any solid reasons....Read More

BeeperMD is just a start up and Assistant Manager sales and SME both there just to play dirty politics. The best part is operational policies will keep changes on daily basis, so entire team sometime confused and customer always comes last for this company. All the time you need to call and reschedule their appointments as you don't have enough medtech.

Dislikes

There is no job security, HR manager or reporting manager can fire you, even you are not in the duty. They simply call you and ask you no need to come. Otherwise during your duty, they will ask you to leave. It happens in every department from the day one.

Beeper MD is an amazing company with an inspiring vision to help and provide the best services possible to more and more people in need. It's been almost 6 months since I've been working here and everyday is a delight. People are helpful and loving here and I enjoy working here. I would definitely recommend Beeper MD to a friend.
