They have few perks like diwali bonus, diwali gifts etc.

They always push candidates for signing agreements of 1-3 years. But in times of recession they themselves break the agreement and force candidates to resign else they would terminate. Now most of the candidates will not try to look for jobs before agreement period is over and in between if they are laid off, they are in complete mess.
