Overall workload as a private pharmaceuticals manufacturing,is good enough. Though company is in initial stage of regulatory market,still keeps employee first. Great company to be a part of initial inspections and regulatory journey.

Company is fail to bring out the real hidden gems that may be assets for the company growth and regulatory endeavour.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
