A great plus point is that you are working in a Product based company. Great paycheck on 24th of each month. Employee with their family are secured/insured of any illness. No time limit to work from office I.e if you come to office at 10 , you may evn leave at 3 PM or say 2 PM. Great gym and play area. Food are good and colleague here are also top notch educated

Slow promotion but it all depends on which TC you work for Apart from above no such dislike

Flexible office timings and free transport. Office facility is world class and people are helpful in general. Managers are easily approachable and policies are quite transparent and easy to follow

Promotion cycles are virtually non existent and organisations hierarchy is bloated in the middle No travel or relocation opportunity Technology stack is not ultra modern (though not ancient as some other companies)

I really enjoyed the work life balance it provided me in my project. Also the hikes were good compared to any other previous companies I worked before Now slowly the company is realising the Indian market and decreasing the hikes

There are hardly any promotions for experienced employees, yearly hikes are completely dependent on the good relations with your line manager
