The company culture is like no other. Everyone is treated with equal respect irrespective of their designation. Promotion isn't based on seniority but purely on merit. A lot of laxity and flexibility is provided to employees.

Dislikes

Promotions are slow because of flat hierarchy. Annual hikes aren't great so you feel like you're stuck in the same bracket until you get promoted, which takes time.
