No work life balance They worked us everyday Meetings are held by anytime no sense of time First they will say u can work for 3/day but eventually puts u under pressure to complete the task within a day

I started my journey at BAOIAM as a web developer intern and I am really delighted to say that the work experience I thoroughly got from this organisation is something which I am sure I could not get any where else . I was assigned tasks on regular basis looking upon the status of my knowledge. The organisation is really interactive with the interns in all ways, higher authorities also get engaged with the interns in order to make a perfect work environment . All this made me expand my internship tenure and I worked more with the organisation. The best thing I can tell about BAOIAM is that , organisation provides regular promotions like from basic intern to team leader and then to manager and so on. This best part has helped me a lot to manage things in a better way and to have a good command in my genre....Read More
