Baoiam gives a lot of opportunities to their interns to work in different sectors and gain experience not only in their chosen role but also other roles. Along with that they value their intern's opinion and also allow them to be a part of taking decision for betterment of the company.

Dislikes

They don't assign deadlines to complete a particular task which gives interns an stress free environment but sometimes it gets chaotic as team tasks don't get managed properly.
