Dislikes

One area that could have been improved was the structure of the internship program. While I had a clear list of projects and goals to work towards, I would have appreciated more formal feedback and evaluations throughout the internship. Additionally, I would have more opportunities to network with other professionals in the industry.

My experience here at Baoiam was amazing. Working here as an intern not only helped me with enhancement of my coding skills but also my knowledge over the domain. My seniors and mentors were very helpful and assisting while assigning regular tasks. I'm thankful to Baoiam for this internship experience.

The atmosphere of the Baoiam is very cool. The team leaders are very supportive and they don't let you take any kind of burden. Meetings are scheduled two times in a week, so you can get the solutions of your problems. The managers and team leaders are very good.

Working at Baoiam Innovations opens a lot of learning opportunities and provides a stress-free working culture. Here in the company, the bond between coworkers is strong and any issues regarding any employees are taken on a priority basis and are dealt with with proper care. No target meetups are fixed and there is a flexibilty regarding leaves and work-duration.

Dislikes

Sometimes it's hard to measure your progress in the work. Also, there should be an appraisal/ motivation system for the interns who give their time to learn things and experience the work culture of the corporate.
