They have no management system and everyone does whatever they like. They have no proper communication system.

No one mostly cares what you are doing. There are too many interns foe free and they just assign new interns to other interns who are just 3-6 months senior than them. No one to teach. Youtube is the best teacher here

It's an great place for someone who like to develop there skills and learn from the peer expert members. You will also gain hands-on experience on projects. Best thing I have is metting sessions from industry expert's regarding in the same field.
