You want stability and job security than Public Sector Undertaking is good for you. But you think you want to grow and have something which separates you from general public than you should look for private entity.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

In public sector there is not any difference between highly knowledgeable and skilled employee and average employee. Both gets same salary and promotion eligibility remains same for both.
