Great place to work. Excellent team and company culture. Client management is very good , helpful and supportive. The management trust the employee to go above and beyond in owing the responsibilities.

Dislikes

BA Continuum India is the subsidiary which Indian employees of Bank of America work for. BACI has its own management which somewhat tends to be political. And BACI management has the authority to override the decision made by Bank of America management. So it somewhat Vendor Client relationship.

Very great place to work but BACI management creates a political environment sometimes
