1. The Organisation thrives on conspiracy and gossiping about employees personal lives instead of focusing on their assigned roles. The seniors are spent to do this desperately in maximum of working hours at Office. 2. Women in the workplace are particularly exploited by the management and immediate supervisors, creating unsafe andhostile environment. 3.
