I really enjoyed my journey with save the children , save the children is a biggest foundation and many more people and students are taking benifits from Save the Children. To begin with they hired through a third party agency and did not provide any information about this upfront. It was only at the end that they mentioned it, and they claimed majority of employees were hired through a same process, which wasn't true. They manipulate the situation. Once I was in the system the manager - Kunal start putting a lot of pressure on us to get funds from the very first day. Even when we had no information about the organization. He initially tried to take credit for our leads in his name. He himself was in component and did not bring any leads in that quarter. He would humiliate and isolate us with rest of the organization.
