I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Only employees keep working. Management is terrible they don't care about annual appraisal of employees. However, employees are expected to possess the ability to do anything and everything he/she is appointed or not appointed for. I am suffering a lot working here. Also employees are given responsibilities after responsibilities without even talking about their increment in salary.
