Only employees keep working. Management is terrible they don't care about annual appraisal of employees. However, employees are expected to possess the ability to do anything and everything he/she is appointed or not appointed for. I am suffering a lot working here. Also employees are given responsibilities after responsibilities without even talking about their increment in salary.
