Since I was hired for the position of CRO Grade - Assistant Manager. So, I was hoping as a CRO at least 30-50% Operations Activity will be part of my daily responsibility hence till today even my Domain ID or email access not yet generated also without providing any training the branch is expecting me to meet 100% Sales and Door to Door Marketing. I believe Bandhan Bank is a Reputed/ Employee Friendly Organization which will never compromise with employee mental or physical health. However, my reporting manager multiple time asked me to come at 7:00am and advised me to visit in the park to convince old age people for Account opening and Fixed Deposit and I did the same as advised hence someone asked me in the park to show my identity as a Bank Representative which I was unable to show as company not provided yet. I would like to highlight one more point here even I started my shift at 7:00am as advised still my reporting manager allow me to leave office at 7:00pm only which is almost 12 hours shift. Somedays back it was around 50-52 degree temperature outside which was not good for anybody's health and I was moving outside for Marketing Activity and due to high temperature my body got suffered from dehydration which caused high fever. I provided medical to my reporting manager, after 2 days off I re-joined my office and he rearranged the Marketing activity for 1st June’24 (7:00am) and he told me to not give excuses of illness. I spent nine months at this company as a CRO, and I found it to be an unethical environment characterized by a domineering manager. Upper management regularly pressured employees to resign when they couldn't meet their unrealistic targets. This toxic culture is unacceptable.

Bandhan Bank employees are torture every new joinee and I m one of them.nd the bank environment is like village people gossip place.every senior people is tortured you at next level nd in last you become helpless and after that you resigned in that bank.

Some higher authority employee unethical talk about business and without support and some operations part and cpu is very worst services.
