They are desperately trying to connect with international networks and trying a pathetic ploy to position them as a home grown firm...

They do not have any international affiliation and do not treat any employee with respect. They try to block employee from going to other firms by threatening with legal action and also intimidate employee

1. centralized hr - you can work anywhere in the country, but have to talk to the hr in Mumbai (who pick up 1 call after hounding them with 50 calls a day) 2. high employee turnover - seniors change almost everyday, since employees keep leaving. so the work needs to be done a different way according to the new senior 3. no respect - the partner treat you like dirt 4. bonus - as an intern, I don't expect bonuses, but no diwali bonus (or even a diwali sweets box) was given to office helpers. shows the stringiness and how happy anyone will be working here 5. client relations - as an intern, not aware of what goes on behind the doors, but have heard clients asking to change their auditors on multiple occasions. so clearly they cant keep them happy 6. just an overall bad work environment, no one leaves happy...Read More
