I have worked more than 2 years but I am sorry to say but Bajaj finance have worst experience in my career. Our RSM called us office in the morning 9:00 Am Sharp in the morning for meeting and he came office in the Evening after 5 Pm for the meeting and end up meeting at 12:00 Am in the night.

Seniors Using Abusive languages. Worst working culture. Late night meetings.

It's worst management. There isn't any functionality of HR .. Sales is the ultimate but Nepotism is there ..They hates Bengalis as employee...

Unorganized Leave management is not good Promotions given to people who stays back in office at night type of guys and always available in call even on leave etc

There is No work Life Balance. Office Politics from Acm terrible experience. Work like pigs. Who ready to work Hard, Acms and rcms toucher. Not get a minimum time ,spend with family.late night also concall tourchering. Acms forces to make fund in month end . Full loss. Bajaj lending money to customers without looking repayment capacity, and recruiting Collection RO s and force them to pay customers debts 😃. I only worked 1 year, in Major location . I lost lots of money . Now I resigned , now new pigs are ready for them .there only 1 relaxation no strict office timing , wherever getting tourchering abusive languages from top level management. Bajaj is a good company ,I think the middle level managers creating such waste things .that will spoil most of them carrier journey.i am also a member....Read More
