bajaj finserv is the largest non banking finance company but off roll workers growth rate is nothing because too much worker doing work in this company from 2,3,4,5,6, year and nothing promotin in this cmpany. and in this covid - 19 company are deduct 10% salary from all off roll workers and this is very bad experience. thanks
