It is not good company for experience employee. CTO behavior is not good. Lot's of work pressure and career growth is very bad. The working environment is not good. It's not provide any comp-off for extra time. We have worked 16-20 hours and working sat and Sunday mostly.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. CTO behavior is not good for the employee and they are not provide any facilities for employee (like medical , PF , and other feature)

We are the few start-up success stories, that boasts of strictest adherence to compliances like PF, ESI, LWF. We not only have medical, in addition we provide an Accident Policy as well. We have a strict 5-day work culture and working on holidays require special approvals. Yes, we work hard and there is no time for lose-talk and dilly-dallying in the working hours. In short, if you aspire for a lazy and monotonous life, BaffleSol will definitely suck.

Husband & wife has opened the company and made it a home company . They bring their small kid in office and employee who will take care of kid will get the benefit. Owner is so unprofessional and talk so badly to their employees and being a lady Mrs Shuchi is having so much ego. She has made culture so bad and full of politics. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
