Some irrelevant policies which are not at all in favor of employees have got implemented. Different allowance for WFH for different departments, hence high sense of inequality. Layoff drive conduction even after excellent work contribution and top internal reviews. Appraisals are not good, you need to look for another job after 2-3 years due to salary issues. Leave structure is not good. The leave structure is made in a way that you will automatically take less leaves.
