I have worked there for 1.5 years ,and found there is lot of negativitity. Senior level person always used to demoralize juniors and the salary growth is extremely bad. And there is a bond of 1.5 years hence if you get entered into the organization, you will have to face all the bad consequences for it. I will never ever recommend this company to someone. Dislikes

There are many problems: 1- Poor Salary! 2 - Poor Increment. 3- Senior level are not supportive. 4- Management do what they want to do everytime without thinking about employees. 5- You will have to show that you are working for 15 hours instead of 9 hours just to proove that you are hardworking, doesnt matter what if the production is zero.
