Nothing works except internal team's chemistry

Dislikes

...ly after 6 months and if person leaves job, the amount is deducted from his fnf. Even when everything is fine now, still part salary is being deducted.

They are not supporting at all in this COVID situations. They are not providing even laptops for WFH and no reimbursement for WiFi. The workload is no less, even then they're deducting our salaries and benefits. Company is also calling employees to the office even after covid cases are found in the office premises. Although there is no need to call employees to the office because there is no work dependent on the office.

... on monthly basis. There is no cab for the night shifts. No cafeteria in office. Compulsory deduction for food about 3K from salary. The manager is not having even work ethics and morals for his juniors. No holidays off even on Diwali, Holi, eid, etc. No team outings. No soft skill trainings.

I have worked there for 1.5 years ,and found there is lot of negativitity. Senior level person always used to demoralize juniors and the salary growth is extremely bad. And there is a bond of 1.5 years hence if you get entered into the organization, you will have to face all the bad consequences for it. I will never ever recommend this company to someone. There is a rotational shift, if ypu once get into US shift (Night shift) then you are no longer a sun seeing person. You will have yo work in night untill management want.

There are many problems: 1- Poor Salary! 2 - Poor Increment. 3- Senior level are not supportive. 4- Management do what they want to do everytime without thinking about employees. 5- You will have to show that you are working for 15 hours instead of 9 hours just to proove that you are hardworking, doesnt matter what if the production is zero.

COO shout at everyone on the floor. He doesn't have respect for anyone. No work culture. No life- work balance. Strange work shifts. No gender equality. Only boys at night shift. Feels like a macchi market after COO left. No work from home for mens. Women can take work from home if they like.

This company is not meant for fresher...Full of politics and if u r not good in that ...u can not survive.. senior people like Sunil Pokhriyal and Harsh Agarwal harass the employers who are not interested in office politics..they started targeting the new comers..Overall worst decision to join this organisation.
