no giving work from home in emergency. cut salary if you late not giving good system for your work anytime you can fire not a secure job if you are intern no one respect you half day of your work goes in meetings so you can’t work

I have worked for Azine for a little above 2 years and I have all good things to say. NO work pressure whatsoever. Everything works on the concept of Accountability. This actually helps you train yourself to grow in life and professionally. Management is Generous to the core. If you reachout to them for some personal support, they'll readily help you.

No work ethics or culture, no HR methods, no clearly defined roles for the employees as it's a front organization and politics wins over performance, Esp. if you are planning to relocate to join here then not very advisable It's so apparent that all positive reviews are fake based on which outstation candidates join this organization

You'll like the company for first month or two.

No professionalism, worst HR policies, actually there are no HR policies there. HR department is for name sake only. They will make you dance as per their requirement, and when work is done they will terminate you without any prior notice. Termination is like game to them, saw many in my small tenure. No learning or training is given to new employee and expected to perform his 100%. Manipulation of employees is at best in this company. No fixed rules they will change as per their convenience. Discrimination with new employees, some employees will take leaves as per their convenience, even HR but if you ask for leave they'll always resist. They are just some ego manic people having enough money to open a company. No flexibility, your each and every step will be noticed and will be used against you when required. No work life balance.
