How to handle it?
Hi, I am currently working as a Developer, I have quite a big employment history in my opinion. Kindly help me how to handle it, to get my CV shortlisted.
1. 6 months internship in a start-up
2. 1.3 years where I worked for a client where I got converted full time for which I worked 1 more year.
3. Now I've been working for a service based company for around 9 months, since I'm on TP. I'm not getting any projects. I have started to search the job outside
Since I have added all these details in my cv. It's impacting my cv for not being shortlisted. Your inputs are valuable TIA.
