How to handle it?

Hi, I am currently working as a Developer, I have quite a big employment history in my opinion. Kindly help me how to handle it, to get my CV shortlisted. 1. 6 months internship in a start-up 2. 1.3 years where I worked for a client where I got converted full time for which I worked 1 more year. 3. Now I've been working for a service based company for around 9 months, since I'm on TP. I'm not getting any projects. I have started to search the job outside Since I have added all these details in my cv. It's impacting my cv for not being shortlisted. Your inputs are valuable TIA.

Remove the TP part and instead mention something else or may be just share your old project work and your skills

Instead of focusing too much on the duration of each job, highlight the skills you gained, projects you worked on, and specific contributions you made in each role. This helps shift the focus from your job history to your capabilities.

Employers tend to look for specific experiences. If you're applying for a particular role, customize your CV to highlight the most relevant experiences. For example, emphasize the internship or full-time work that aligns with the job you’re applying for

In your cover letter or CV, briefly explain why the roles were short (e.g., start-up instability, lack of project opportunities) and emphasize what you’ve learned during those times. Transparency can be helpful, but focus on how you’ve gained valuable experience.

Instead of following a chronological format, you could create a skills-based CV that focuses on your expertise in specific areas. This will allow you to showcase your strengths without drawing too much attention to the length of each job.
