In some of the teams, work life balance is good sometimes.

Dislikes

1. Job security is near to nil particularly if you are any GC office for AYESA. And HR will inform you at the very last minute that you have no job. 2. They suddenly changes your notice period without discussing. 3. HR policies are very unclear and often violated by themselves. 4. Accounts department is not helpful. They will deduct additional tax even after submitting all proofs. After that the accountant asks money to help employees in ITR filing. 5. Salary and increment is much below the market standards....Read More

Very bad and full of insecurity in GC office.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
