Very very unprofessional HR dept & management. Doesn't believes in replying to your emails or responding to the calls of employees, especially if you have left the company. I left the company during lockdown situation last year March 2020, I was requesting them to provide me my FNF settlement & experience letter, the HR told me to contact your branch. When I called branch Manager (Kanchan Jape) she never responded to my calls & messages. Later, she blocked my number. When I contacted HR (Mansi) she told to wait for 1 month, when I asked about my FNF she replied in a very rude manner..
