Despite providing all the necessary documents and following the correct process, my PF claim was rejected without a clear explanation. The lack of communication and support from both the insurance team and Axis Bank has been frustrating. I’ve reached out multiple times, but the responses have been vague, with no one taking responsibility for resolving the issue.
