"I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Max Life Insurance through the Axis Bank channel, especially regarding my PF claim. Despite providing all the necessary documents and following the correct process, my PF claim was rejected without a clear explanation. The lack of communication and support from both the insurance team and Axis Bank has been frustrating. I’ve reached out multiple times, but the responses have been vague, with no one taking responsibility for resolving the issue. This level of inefficiency and lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I expected much better service from such reputed organizations. Appraisal depends upon reporting manager, new candidates came with higher package but old employees voice can not get into company ear because of team leaders. Competition are very good in this situation.

Working with Maxlife was a great experience. Management is supportive and ample support is catered. Great environment to work and immense coordination across departments. Immense focus on input activities. Overall a great company to work with.

Too much of digital meetings. Can be cut short...!!
