Job Description: Regional Agency Coordinator (RAC)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Regional Agency Coordinator (RAC) to support our sales operations by managing data, creating insightful reports, and developing engaging communication materials. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the region to streamline sales-related MIS, drive insights, and support forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and publish sales-related MIS by coordinating with multiple SPOCs across the region.
• Analyze sales data to generate insights and trends, supporting decision-making.
• Develop presentations based on sales data for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Create and distribute EDMs (Electronic Direct Mailers) to promote sales contests and initiatives within the region.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support sales teams and leadership.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization), PowerPoint (creating impactful presentations), and Canva (designing EDMs and promotional materials).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Prior experience in MIS reporting, sales analytics, or a similar role is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in a sales support or agency coordination role.
• Knowledge of sales processes and incentive-driven initiatives is a plus.
