Facing Toxic Culture and Management Issues.

I joined Axis Max Life Insurance, on 24 Dec 2024, After 11 Jan 2025 I started receiving hate and toxic culture from the female L1 Manager BRM. On Axis Max Life Insurance. Because I refused to do their personal work and work on the week off. Because I'm not the licking Employee. Now the female manager starts harassing me. The branch didn't even have the security CCTV Cameras so I don't have a Recording. But I have witnesses. She is too toxic And I feel mentally drained and harassing. What should I do because she is female I can't take unnecessary action. Please share the thoughts and advice and need help asap.

File a official complaint to the HR also send a formal email keeping HR and your senior bosses and management in the loop also keep the person against whom you re filling the complain, let everyone know about the toxicity of this person in detail.
