The senior management at zonal level and regional level are very unprofessional and always carry personal grudges on employees. Irrespective of the skills, experience the respective employee will be judged based on any random person opinion and feedback. No cross check or discussion will happen. I feel Axis Bank should protect its staff from these people as it happened with me and it can happen with anyone else too.
