It is a great place to work for long year's but don't expect slary increases by year on year.Axis culture also very good and the environment also very friendly.A fresher can mingle easily with all senior staff.

Dislikes

Salary hikes. They will give you good ratings and promotions but salary will not increase. Year on year they will averagely increase 1500 to 3000 only.in 2014 also same ,in 2023 also same.How can an employee will live with the same salary hike process as like earlier 19th & 20 th century.

Only focussing 3rd party Products not interested in banking Products. Tooo much pressure for 3rd party Products which leads misselling complaint and customer dissatisfaction. Loss in CASA and other banking products . No work life balance for employees. Late sitting

If you have any self respect or courtesy join a good bank not to join the bank where is no respect to junior employees. i suggest to my all friends to not work in axis, When they listen my concern they shocked to listen my points. So work in good bank culture in just like Hdfc bank kotak mahindra bank icici bank or more but never work in axis.....I am suggesting you guys.??????

Overall culture at Axis bank is truly really nice. Please consider this with grain of salt as it depends on the manager and your team members as well.

As stated above, what type of manager and team members you get decide how satisfied and fulfilled you will feel, currently neither my manager nor my team members are good. But I have WFH so it makes it easy.

TL are so toxic overloaded pressure no tea break daily target Agar achi nahi hua to Tea and lunch break Nahi Milti . target overloaded pressure . koi bhi Bahana Karke incentive Chori karta hai . Mere Naam per Jo Trophy aaya tha vah mujhe nahin diya. Koi kam mat Karna Ya scam Hai management bekar hai . computer, head phone kharab hai . 8 hours k jaga 10 hours kam karvata hai

Bank is not connected to ground level. Processes , TATs are poor. Top management is not knowing process related issues. Too many useless concalls and data games instead of Customer meetings. Poor HR set up. The management prioritizes sycophancy over merit, making it clear that career growth is tied to appeasing those in power rather than delivering quality work. Freedom of speech is non-existent, and the focus is on securing business deals by any means necessary. This environment can erode your personal values and leave you vulnerable in difficult situations. The HR policy appears impressive at first glance, claiming that no employee will be terminated solely for business reasons. However, I've witnessed HR block attendance and coerce employees into resigning on orders from higher-ups.
