After merger of city bank , bank may be in loss hence looking for employee lay off , unnecessary sales presure . There is no good system like other bank for processing customer request and account opening, bank Working like 90's era , No redressal system, No one want to take responsibility.

The management is hardly interested in the overall employee's mental and physical health. Specially the branch banking employees are treated bad. There are no simple tissues in the washrooms. The bank was very good but some narrow minded people have spoiled the environment.

Here the supervisors act arbitrarily and the HR policy is not good. I have been working for the last 5 years and have been performing the responsibility of ASM for the last 19 months. Everything is very good, and Axis Bank is a brand with a very good name in the market.

In Axis Bank the supervisor has the final word. He can keep whoever he wants and remove whomever he wants. HR has no value in Axis Bank. HR does as the supervisor tells it. In Axis Bank no opportunities are given to the employees. The employees do not even know when they are going to lose their job. In Axis Bank everything is in thehands of the supervisor. If you have any self respect or courtesy join a good bank not to join the bank where is no respect to junior employees. i suggest to my all friends to not work in axis, When they listen my concern they shocked to listen my points. So work in good bank culture in just like Hdfc bank kotak mahindra bank icici bank or more but never work in axis.....I am suggesting you guys.??????

As stated above, what type of manager and team members you get decide how satisfied and fulfilled you will feel, currently neither my manager nor my team members are good. But I have WFH so it makes it easy.

Mere Naam per Jo Trophy aaya tha vah mujhe nahin diya. Koi kam mat Karna Ya scam Hai management bekar hai . computer, head phone kharab hai . 8 hours k jaga 10 hours kam karvata hai
