Freshers don't get spoon feeding instead they get self learning period with proper syllabus and 1 on 1 mentor assigned to them which is working in the company as a developer only. Every day task & code review while learning phase.

1) If you fail the test, they don't give a second chance. Direct termination happens without prior notice. 2) Very very less salary with 2 years of bond. Including this they ask for original marksheet as joining formality, so that fresher couldn't leave company before bond gets over. 3) Every mentor is not great. 4) After completing6 months of training, if they don't have relevant work for you based on what you have been trained for, then they put on some other project or technology saying here you will be for short period only....Read More

Training was good , they chart out a roadmap for you to follow but you are expected to self learn that without expecting your mentors support.

Dislikes

Salary is terrible which is around 11k to 12k per month and that too with a bond of 2 years. Management is not good

The work culture and company policies are not so good over here. They never value the work done by us. Working hrs are flexible but you have to always work late night and there is no OT given.

Dislikes

The working hrs... There are no fix working hrs. They say you have to work for 8.5 hrs a day but it gets extended to 10/11 hrs every day. If you work less than 8.5 hrs they charge you penalty but if you work more than 8.5 hrs they dont give you OT money.

I joined as a trainee full stack developer At starting sign contract of 2years and they told us they will take exam after 3 what are teached to trainee But after 2month they removed me and few without taking exam and not informed us in advanced

Contract they told fresher to sign 2year contract with less salary and they terminate anytime without giving notice in advance

Trainee is good but there trainers not helping properly to trainee if u get doubts and u not able to solve , they will not help u to solve

1) daily viva for trainee. 2) helps in improvising skills 3) weekly hurdle for trainee to learn something new.

1) very poor salary structure for trainee. 2) buddy assigned are managing their work as well as trainee too this sometimes leads to bad impact on them. 3) Don't give them your mark sheets it very risky.
