CEO is super talented. You will learn a lot from him technically. You will get lots and lots of opportunities to explore yourself

Arrogant CEO with not so clear vision. They started as a OS, now doing everything except OS. Instant ideas and discussion with very less to no clear understanding among the team members. Decisions are made on the basis of what he wants, not what the customers wants.
