I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. If you get a good client and prove your worth i.e start earning good billing for the company you can get even 100% appraisal.

Every thing depends on the client you get and how much billing you are earning for the company. Not on skill or loyalty or hard work . Everything is micro managed by the owner himself. Also there is some nepotism present in the company as owners relatives are also working here although they are skilled /talented.

You can work independently sometimes from home as well. Office timing can also be adjustable if you are working good.

Dislikes

They expect us to work day night but when you ask for salary increase they will only procrastinate. Appraisal is very low. In case you are working very hard and think by completing the project you get admiration but opposite might happens.
