No Job security, Hiring and firing on regular basis. No good projects, only freshers company, no skill development, terrible meeting timings. No Team support and good coordination in teams. They will give you higher package offer but will fire you on immediate basis without any notice. Most of the projects have tight deadlines which force us not only to stretch the working hours on weekdays but also work on weekends and it is very common. The worst part is management does not take this seriously and it seems very normal to them.
