Basically when the whole company surviving with only one client at hand, how someone can be even busy, until or unless they are assigned the task of handling UKRAINE RUSSIA WAR or other international issue for India. I'm damn sure, PMO India doesn't see them that much qualified for the job and hence the HR people are useless, no job at hand people trying to protect other non tech useless team leads when a serious technical employee comes up with his/her grievance. 3. The management is not considerate about employee’s experience and follows nepotism in promoting and giving rating to employees. The work environment is aggressive and output is expected in very less time. There are no fixed work assignments, product owners are expected to be delivery managers and at the same time expected to create ER diagrams. The roles and responsibilities are not aligned with profiles and the behaviour of old or senior employees is not at all welcoming.
