The management is not considerate about employee’s experience and follows nepotism in promoting and giving rating to employees. The work environment is aggressive and output is expected in very less time. There are no fixed work assignments, product owners are expected to be delivery managers and at the same time expected to create ER diagrams. The roles and responsibilities are not aligned with profiles and the behaviour of old or senior employees is not at all welcoming. They don’t hesitate in putting employees in pip in 4 months of joining. They don’t have vision for future, therefore no job security at all. Join this company at your own risk....Read More

Most of the projects have tight deadlines which force us not only to stretch the working hours on weekdays but also work on weekends and it is very common. The worst part is management does not take this seriously and it seems very normal to them.

Very bad culture lot of mictomanagment Deadlines are always tight .dependency om other teams and other team member wont help .All time late calls and extended hours .It seems like someone working on day shift as well as night shift . All these things affect health .
